By purchasing or accepting a ticket, registering for, entering or attending a Love Bite Club event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Love Bite Club events are for guests aged 18 years and over.

Each event has an advertised age range. Guests should purchase tickets for the age group specified for that event.

We understand that age is not an exact science when it comes to dating. Love Bite Club may allow a reasonable age variation at its discretion where appropriate for the particular event.

Love Bite Club reserves the right to refuse entry where a guest is significantly outside the advertised age range or has purchased an incorrect ticket.

2. Ticket Requirements

A valid ticket is required for entry to all Love Bite Club events.

No ticket = no entry.

Tickets must be purchased through the authorised ticketing platform specified in the event listing.

Tickets are not transferable to another person unless Love Bite Club has expressly approved the transfer in advance.

Guests must present their ticket or booking confirmation when requested.

3. Tickets, Cancellations & Refunds

All ticket purchases are subject to the refund and cancellation conditions stated on the relevant event listing.

Unless otherwise stated, tickets are non-refundable if you change your mind, cannot attend, arrive late, or are unable to attend for personal reasons.

If you can no longer attend, please contact Love Bite Club as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may offer a transfer to another suitable Love Bite Club event or another reasonable solution. Any transfer is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

Love Bite Club is not obliged to provide a refund or transfer where a guest simply chooses not to attend.

Where entry is refused or a booking is cancelled due to a guest’s misconduct, any refund, transfer or other remedy will be considered in accordance with the applicable booking terms, the circumstances of the incident and the guest’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Event Changes & Cancellation

Love Bite Club reserves the right to change the venue, date, start time, format or other event details where reasonably necessary.

If Love Bite Club cancels an event, affected ticket holders will be contacted and offered the applicable remedy.

Love Bite Club may also make reasonable changes to the running order, number of dates, timing or format of an event to accommodate attendance numbers and maintain an enjoyable experience.

5. Speed Dating Format

Love Bite Club events generally involve a series of short, structured dates designed to give guests an opportunity to meet multiple people during the evening.

The number and duration of dates may vary depending on the event.

While Love Bite Club aims to provide a balanced and enjoyable experience, we do not guarantee a particular number of dates, matches, introductions or romantic connections.

Guests understand that attraction and compatibility are personal and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Matching & Contact Details

Where an event includes a matching system, guests may indicate who they would like to connect with following the event.

A match generally occurs where interest is mutual.

Love Bite Club does not guarantee that a guest will receive a match or that a match will result in further communication, dating or a relationship.

Love Bite Club will not provide another guest’s personal contact details without appropriate consent.

7. Respectful Behaviour

Love Bite Club is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive and respectful environment.

Guests must treat other attendees, hosts, venue staff and suppliers with respect.

The following behaviour will not be tolerated:

* Harassment, intimidation or bullying.

* Unwanted sexual attention or sexual behaviour.

* Discriminatory or hateful comments.

* Threatening, abusive or aggressive behaviour.

* Inappropriate touching.

* Deliberately making another guest uncomfortable.

* Persistent unwanted contact.

* Violence or threats of violence.

* Damaging venue property.

* Behaviour that disrupts the event or compromises the safety or wellbeing of others.

* Refusing to comply with reasonable instructions from Love Bite Club hosts, venue staff or security.

Love Bite Club may take reasonable action in response to misconduct, including issuing a warning, refusing entry, removing a guest from an event or declining future bookings, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

8. Consent & Personal Boundaries

Guests are responsible for respecting the personal boundaries and consent of others.

A guest’s attendance at a dating event does not imply consent to physical contact, sexual activity, exchanging personal information or continuing communication outside the event.

If another guest makes you uncomfortable, please notify the Love Bite Club host or venue staff.

9. Refusal of Entry, Removal & Future Attendance

9.1 Refusal of entry and removal

Love Bite Club may refuse entry to or remove a guest where, in the reasonable opinion of Love Bite Club or the venue, the guest’s behaviour presents a safety concern, breaches these Terms & Conditions, breaches venue rules or negatively affects the experience or wellbeing of other guests.

9.2 Previous misconduct

Love Bite Club may refuse entry to, or decline future bookings from, a guest where Love Bite Club reasonably considers that the guest has previously engaged in abusive, aggressive, threatening, harassing, intimidating or otherwise inappropriate behaviour at a Love Bite Club event.

This includes behaviour directed towards hosts, attendees, venue staff or suppliers.

A decision may be made based on the circumstances of the incident, available information and any reasonable steps necessary to protect the safety and wellbeing of attendees, hosts, venue staff and suppliers.

9.3 Future bookings

Love Bite Club may decline future bookings from a guest where reasonably necessary due to previous misconduct, a breach of these Terms & Conditions or a legitimate safety concern.

Love Bite Club may communicate this decision to the guest in writing.

9.4 Existing bookings

Where a guest is excluded from an event after purchasing a ticket, Love Bite Club may take reasonable steps to prevent their attendance and will notify the guest in writing where reasonably practicable.

Any existing booking affected by the exclusion will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable booking terms, the circumstances of the incident and the guest’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

A refund, transfer or other remedy will be assessed on the individual circumstances and applicable legal obligations. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions guarantees that a refund will be withheld in every case.

9.5 Compliance with directions

Guests must comply with reasonable directions from Love Bite Club hosts, venue staff and security concerning safety, conduct and access to an event.

Where necessary, Love Bite Club may request assistance from venue management or security in refusing entry or managing an incident.

9.6 No waiver of legal rights

Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.

10. Alcohol & Drugs

Guests are responsible for consuming alcohol responsibly.

Love Bite Club does not encourage excessive alcohol consumption.

Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

Love Bite Club may ask an intoxicated or impaired guest to leave where their behaviour presents a risk to themselves, other guests, staff or the venue.

Guests remain responsible for arranging their own safe transport home.

11. Personal Safety & Interactions

Love Bite Club provides opportunities for adults to meet other adults in a social dating environment.

Love Bite Club does not conduct criminal background checks on attendees and cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, relationship status or personal circumstances of another guest.

Guests should use their own judgement when sharing personal information or arranging to meet someone outside the event.

Any interaction, communication, relationship or meeting that takes place outside a Love Bite Club event is between the individuals involved and is not controlled by Love Bite Club.

12. Personal Information

Guests should exercise reasonable caution when sharing personal information with people they meet at Love Bite Club events.

This includes home addresses, financial information, passwords, workplace details and other sensitive information.

Love Bite Club will handle personal information in accordance with its applicable Privacy Policy and Australian privacy requirements.

13. Photography & Video

Love Bite Club or its authorised photographers or content creators may take photographs or videos during events for promotional, social media and marketing purposes.

By attending an event, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in event photography or video.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please advise the Love Bite Club host before or during the event and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request, subject to applicable privacy and other legal requirements.

14. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Love Bite Club and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Venue Rules

Guests must comply with all reasonable instructions from Love Bite Club hosts, venue staff and security.

Venue-specific rules, including responsible service of alcohol, entry requirements and security procedures, also apply.

Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal from the venue. Any refund or other remedy will be assessed in accordance with the applicable booking terms and Australian Consumer Law.

16. Accessibility & Special Requirements

Guests with accessibility requirements or specific needs are encouraged to contact Love Bite Club before purchasing a ticket so that reasonable arrangements can be discussed where possible.

Venue accessibility can vary between locations.

17. No Guarantee of a Romantic Outcome

Love Bite Club creates opportunities for people to meet, connect and potentially form relationships.

However, Love Bite Club does not guarantee that a guest will:

* Receive a match.

* Meet someone they are attracted to.

* Exchange contact details.

* Receive a response from another guest.

* Go on a date following the event.

* Form a romantic relationship.

Sometimes your match could be sitting opposite you. Sometimes it isn’t. That’s dating.

18. Event Experience

Love Bite Club aims to provide a fun, safe and well-organised experience.

However, the experience can be affected by attendance numbers, cancellations, late arrivals, no-shows, venue circumstances and the behaviour of individual guests.

Love Bite Club may make reasonable operational adjustments to ensure the event runs as smoothly as possible.

19. No-Shows

If you purchase a ticket and do not attend, your place may still be counted when organising the event.

No-shows can affect the balance and experience of other attendees.

If you can no longer attend, please let Love Bite Club know as soon as possible rather than ghosting us.

20. Future Events & Communications

By providing your contact details, you may receive information about Love Bite Club events, promotions and related updates, subject to applicable marketing and privacy laws.

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Event-related communications, including important changes or information relating to a ticket you have purchased, may still be sent where necessary.

21. Intellectual Property

The Love Bite Club name, branding, logos, written content, graphics and promotional materials remain the property of Love Bite Club or their respective owners.

They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

22. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Love Bite Club is not responsible for loss, damage, injury or expense arising from a guest’s voluntary participation in an event or from interactions between guests.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.

23. Agreement to These Terms

By purchasing or accepting a ticket, registering for, entering or attending a Love Bite Club event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Love Bite Club may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published with an updated date and will apply to future bookings and attendance as permitted by law.
