The Vienna Institute for Global Studies (VIGS) is an independent, interdisciplinary research center based in Vienna, Austria. The Institute focuses on three primary research pillars: entrepreneurial ecosystems, international relations and geopolitics, and well-being and health.

The Institute is led by Prof. Dr. Zoltan Acs, an internationally recognized scholar in entrepreneurship and global development, whose leadership reflects VIGS’s commitment to academic excellence and impactful research.
